I am a personal finance advocate and an author. I am not a licensed financial advisor, fiduciary, accountant, tax preparer or attorney, and nothing on this site, in the book, in the Tuesday letter, in my videos, in a 1:1 Money Date session, or in any product I sell is personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Everything here is general education based on my own experience and research. Your situation is yours. Before you make a decision that affects your money, please talk to a licensed professional who knows your full picture. When I share what I did with my own money, that is my story only.
Some links on this site, in the letter and in my content are affiliate links. If you click one and open an account or buy something, the company may pay me a referral fee or commission. It never costs you more, and in some cases the link gets you a welcome bonus or a discount you would not get otherwise.
I only link to tools I use myself or have vetted for this community, and every affiliate link is marked as a partner offer where it appears. An affiliate relationship never changes what I say about a product. If a tool stops earning its place, it comes off the list.
Sometimes a brand pays me to create content. When that happens, the post, video or letter is labeled as a paid partnership, an ad, or sponsored, in line with the FTC's endorsement guidelines. The words are always mine, the brand sees the content but does not write it, and I turn down partnerships that do not fit this community. My standards for saying yes are on the Work with me page.
Products in the shop are sold through beehiiv and paid through Stripe. Digital products are delivered by email right after purchase. Because they are downloadable files and templates, digital purchases are final once delivered. If a file will not open or you were charged twice, email me at [email protected] and I will make it right.
Physical items, including the signed book and the Money Date Care Package, are packed and mailed by me from Miami. If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and I will replace it.
When you subscribe, download a freebie or buy something, your email address is stored with beehiiv, the platform that runs this site and the newsletter. I use it to send you what you asked for, the Tuesday letter, and the occasional sale or event invite. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.
I never sell or rent your email address. If you comment a keyword on Instagram to receive a freebie, the automated reply asks for your email and adds you to the same list. beehiiv's own privacy policy and terms cover how the platform itself handles data.
